Teammates are much supportive, job security is up to the mark, salary depends upon the qualification, politics become a culture in almost every company, but the working environment is better as compared to others Iron casting company.

...slower (if you do something innovative, that might take a boost in your growth). Salary hike is bit low for the staff, but for management stuff its better.

The company culture was good.. I have grown myself there in a learning environment.. I was happy to be part of their innovative team members..

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.. The work pressure is very high.. Sometimes I had to work 13-14 hours straight in a day

Team mate's and seniors support related to work. Lateral hirarchy, everyone can approach the Management. Latest softwares related to HR, finance etc are implemented in Crescent Foundry. Humongous learning opportunities.
