1. HR uses Hero Group name to manipulate you at the time of salary negotiation and offers nothing as a employee benefit. 2. They offers nothing as a facility. 3. They do not having a office for proper seating 4. No HR response 5. No DA for those who are traveling for company work. 6. For your travelling allowance reimbursement you have give multiple proofs that you are travelling for company purpose and now they are saying that employee have to submit 'MOM' with your reimbursement form. 7. No travelling policies for employee comfort. 8. This company is running only on one person's mind. If he says 0 is 1 then we have to say 0 as 1. no one has guts to say it is 0. 9. All old culture is running in this company. 10. Here is nothing to learn. 11. There is only 1 or 2 person in upper management they do anything they want. 12. As a well wisher i only want to say that please don't join this company on Ludhiana location 13. As I am already stuck here I don't want anyone to stuck here.

Job is secure, like they don't fire easily (exceptions are there like if you do any financial blunder etc.

Dislikes

...l give you as per current financial year , sweets given on Diwali are cheap . 4. Salary here is comparatively low.

Work life balance is respected by the organisation. HR body is active and keeps objective clarity & confidentiality while handling any grievances.

Dislikes

Salary negotiations are too tight while hiring. Performance monitoring/appraisal mechanism is too weak & hence remains largely independent of the work delivery but roots largely into perceived image and relationships with the recommending authorities.

Likes

1.Management is approachable & supportive especially for new joining employees. 2. Highest Salary they offer to new joined employees who joined at their remote location plant.

Dislikes

1. Heavy Nepotism 2. No System Exist within the Company 3. Company is limited to only Cycle Business excluding Gear Business. 4. Employee Can be transferred into any department without any consent of Employees. 5.All of their JV are flop . 6. Company lacks in their Mission & Vision. Even though company not having any proper Vision. 7. Mostly reference employees are hired in New JV plant which makes the company environment toxic for non referenced employees.

Likes

Hero Motors best company for salary growth and skill. Because team leader Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Anil Rathi has good personality. He is trains the team from time to time and achieved the goals.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics going on here. There are some people who have been doing the same work for many years. They do not allow the new ones to survive the job.
