HR scheduled interview first round. First round was almost 2 hr. interview. After that HR discussed salary and scheduled 2nd round. That was also 2 hr interview. Then HR ghosted. They are just doing time pass. Don't have vacancies. Just wasting the time of candidate. My advise to company authorities , Close organisation if you can not follow the ethics.

Less appraisal, no recognition, extended working hours, always take approval if you have PL GL, not more than 2 days, Lots of process depend upon team, No bonus, No get-together.

- need proper appraisal - no growth at a certain point - lack of management in certain case - no reply on time if case of any doubt
