There is not much opportunity to learn technical things. Partiality between employee and trainee is more. Security guards won't respect you.

Company is good, caring employees, salary & other benefits are in time. Training programs also conducted for employees betterment regular basis.

Dislikes

Aftermarket Marketing department is very worst. Boss is working like Tukghlak. Morning he is saying different, evening different. He don't have any policy for working, Don't have market knowledge, He can not built team under him in his 11 or what ever years service. All good & capable people left the organization only due to his dirty politics. Sale also getting down due to his poor market knowledge but nobody is asking him so he is working like a Tughlak. Giving useless orders or ideas to his colleagues but for the job safety people who don't agree, listening whatever he is saying. Very worst department due to this man otherwise company is good. Other departments are also good & cooperative

...od culture and sop is must follow on the company. Company policies is excellent. Good salary.

One year will be working in training. Next year I have new joining.

The company infrastructure and work culture was very excellent ..it will give full security towards all employees who were working in that company..l gain lot of knowledge from my department as well as my Teamates..

There is no fair salary for corresponding working hour and production rate..

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is one year trainee and staff hiring in company. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
