I really appreciate our company culture, especially the working model, which is excellent. As an Advisor, I understand that the ultimate result is sales but we are consistently encouraged to prioritize customer experience. I strongly believe, and I think all ditto employees would agree to the fact that advisors don't have any sales target whatsoever. Our focus is always on providing accurate information based on facts, even if it may impact our sales.

-Remote Setup -Overall vibe is super chill and friendly -There's a lot of room to grow whether it's picking up new skills or learning through trial and error, it never feels like you're on your own -Plenty of opportunities to grow your incentives which is a big plus

-Sometimes things move really fast which can get overwhelming

The people in my team (Bliss team) made all the difference. It felt like a close knit group where everyone was helpful to each other. My manager has been incredibly supportive and my team members always had my back. Got a lot of freedom to try things out and learn on the go on various projects. Learnt alot from people around me and developed my skills.

Nothing per se. Felt like we were building plane while flying it. Different learning experience

I started as an advisor on Ditto, and after an year I was promoted as a Business process manager. Working at Ditto has been a truly rewarding experience. The founders are down to earth and approachable, always open to feedback and willing to interact with employees at all levels. The openness and transparency contribute greatly to the trust and respect that permeates the company. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work - one where you are encouraged to grow, connect, and make a real impact.

Dislikes

1. You have to work on Saturdays and Sundays compulsory. There is a rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday. That is also subject to choice of the HR. 2. Your manager will also not help you out. 3. No work life balance. Even though it's says strict work time, but your work hours exceed 8pm almost everyday. 4. Initially they train you, saying you are educating customers, but then you see the truth, basically that's just a gymmic, your main aim is to sell, just sell insurance.
