Good work environment and culture company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and the give good increments hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. management Are very slow process .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

1. No check point you can join if you have a reference. 2. If you give 5 or more years to the. company you have chance to get company share. That's it 🤣

Dislikes

1. If someone applied oil then salary will grow, good promotions, no work load. 2. Very Toxic culture of the office, manager fight eachother. 3. You find bosses here not leaders. 4. Politics on country level here. 5. I have 1.4 year experienced of Dixon. so I write from there.

Free food and bus transport , Easy accessible work in final assembly line

Skill not provide for become skilled, HR department not good, In-charge and Line leader are not good, Low salary, Average work satisfaction, Team work not good

...s good 👍 not fixed working hours generally working hours morning 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but due to pressure not can leave on time mostly work late in evening and not provide good salary structure as an assistant manager only budget was 6 lac.

Not proper reporting system and not focus on EHS

The salary hike and the learning new things new technology machine and many more as a fresher easily .

Probably our staff is so good and the worst part company management not so good senior person not properly talk with junior and the fresher employee .food quality is also poor .
