new joiners please check why there are only 2 employees working their for years and rest old employees had left the company who worked for 3-4 years there. 0 worklife balance, they force for overtime and threat you to join stupid late night meeting at 11pm.

They ask to incur official expenditures from the employees' own pocket before paying any imprest amount and the reimbursement for these expenditures also get delayed by top level management continuously.

There is nothing to like in Donovan apperals because the seniors of the company don't know how to talk with their Juniors.

Company culture is very toxic. They don't provide offer letter, joining letter or experience letter. There is no Job security. The seniors don't have manners to talk with female employees. They don't appreciate their employees. An employee get mentally pressurized in that company.
