...ring covid times,they have exploited doctors in the pretext of the pandemic act. Did not let them go but kept them in a very low salary. A certain amount of money was supposed to be given for doctors but that wasnt given either.

Dislikes

Hiranandani hospital in powai is the worst place to work in. Management is terrible. Staff is terrible. Patient care is terrible. Even during covid times they have exploited doctors in the pretext of pandemic act.

Nothing Feels like you’re working in LALA Company 😂. Always in fear that senior manager is watching you through cctv how childish behaviour. Don’t understand that hospital is a vulnerable place where unexpected situations are expected. Want to run a luxurious hotel not hospital and want to get compared with actual luxuries hospitals, not focusing on right treatment instead showoff and unnecessary things.😂

Everything. Shit management shit rules. Nonsense and childish management (Dr. Shikha gulia) rules. She thinks she’s the great and want to impress hiranandani group but literally doing all nonsense things except quality work. Apart from focusing on actual issues management is focused on irrelevant and nonsense things. Random people are being considered as VIP. Leaves and all decided by one manager and not HR, And they think its a corporate hospital . Only chamchagiri people will survive. Each and every employee is frustrated and leaving.
