.... I was initially connected for an interview and attended three rounds in total. Throughout the process, i was transparent about my previous salary and expectations. after the final round i was informed by Mr. Vinoth from the HR team that i had been selected for the role , however, during salary discussion, he mentioned that my expected competition did not match the company budget. My concern is if my salary expectations where not within the company budget, this should been clarified in the very first round. Attending three round interviews takes a lot of time, energy, and effort and it is disheartening to learn only at the end that the budget does not align , This experience has left me with a negative impression , and I sincerely request to management to look into this matter. And after that I am keep calling them but no is responding. Very bad

They won’t even provide you offer letter or relieving letter. No week offs. Very less pay.They don’t follow any corporate culture very unprofessional. Managers will treat employee like slave and will speak in abusive word. Its been 2 months since I relieved but still they didn’t provide me offer or relieving letter. They are not even responding to my call. Very worst company ever worked.

As not paid salary for 2Months in pandamic as told to work from home and 1Month Builder can travel was permission during quarantine time I worked not got petrol allowance also same salary not paid

The team That I work in the company is really good at work. Training with seniors is very good experiance. Career growth is some how low. According to job security, it is fake.

Worst experience in my life. No job security in this company, only for the people who roam around the chairman sir will get promotion respect and appraisals. Another worst thing i seen in DSMAX was HR department. No care about employees. They will harass you every hour. they need reports for every hour..! yeah you heard right. They will never care your health. Insurance policy will be there but useless. You cant get one single rupee benefit from the HR/DSMax/HealthInsurance. No national holidays/Govt Holidays available/ They will deposit your PF to your EPFO account after 6 months of appointment(Joining). Technical management is also useless. You will learn nothing here. Some managers are technically sound but 80% are of no use.
