In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

The hiring process is quite fast they won’t make you wait for long. The HR is very nice, guides you through the process, keeps you updated.

Dislikes

They take you for another company and my salary got delayed, and I was promised a higher package while discussing th opportunity but just before sharing the offer letter they changed it. And reduced it around 30% of what they have promised. I joined the company thinking I’ll grow but for contractual employees growth opportunities were bleak. Ans all contractual employees got laid off within a day because of some financial crisis and we didn’t get any compensation for that.

Lots of internal politics, favouritism environment by manager's. Manager any time call you for work after your shifts timings, required allocation is not based your skills and capabilities they allocated first to their favourite employee than other.

Nothing will just use you and throw you.

--There is no job security. --They are just a agency who will trap you for there own profits with client. --Hire you on contract basis and you will be fired anytime without any notice period or only 10 days will be given. Avoid joining through this company or any other with contact role, if joining take the things on paper for the contract period duration. Otherwise will leave you anytime when project ends. Totally unprofessional similar to career scam company. Beware before joining.
