...ty. They can throw money on unwanted things not to keep happy who work for them. Salary is coming on time but at the same time, it's very low as per market. Cut in salary due to Covid, People ask to leave because management doesn't know how to grow their talented resources.

No need to work here if you know your work better, low salary, no growth, not getting a job anywhere else, only say yes to seniors then it's for you. you have no choice, you feel like bounded labour, your passport and Visa got freeze with them, can not leave without their permission. You feel helpless as your important documents got stuck with management. very stringent HR policy, lot of humiliation, internal support teams are very rude. Medical and other facilities are on a paid basis. The company doesn't provide any such thing as a package. Not recommended to anybody who's actually talented. you may prefer it as the last option when you don't get anything from the rest of the world.

I like as eros doing very well for customer satisfaction, excellent service proving 24/7, We are getting financial support when we in need, human resource management are helpfull at all

We need qualified and well experienced engeneer with same field, Also need help on vacation time allow some flexible timing to the employer,

Freedom of work. Every material related approval go through directors. They are always ready to give approval when make them understand the urgency and to improve the operational efficiency

Dislikes

Seniors are not helpful when it comes to share work related issues. As an estate head, I experience that our seniors always shift their goals over subordinates shoulders to do away from their responsibilities. This has put enormous pressures on me.

you cant directly meet with your HOD and only you can discus with your issue with your line manager , even if you are hard work and honest but if your manager personally is not happy with you then all things will be zero
