Atos was Good previously, after acquiring Syntel, then the fall of Atos has started, worst policies of Syntel not employee friendly, this will be the worst decision that Atos had made Acquiring Syntel. 90% Managers are dumb they have any knowledge on new technologies and they even don't let other to grow as people may become competition to them. They can't survive in outside world other than this Syntel Company so called Atos Syntel.

Dislikes

Syntel Policies and Syntel business model is the worst thing, variable pay and hikes are worst , it's a very bad decision for Atos acquiring Syntel. Lots of internal politics, they will demotivate employees, not worth at all.

There are lot of opportunities if you have a good attitude and are willing to learn and most importantly are good at what you do.

Dislikes

Its mostly the compensation. Not much increament over the years even with a good rating.

Likes

Atos is the best opportunity for the fresher who just got their degree. It is the great platform to explore and enhance knowledge, skills. Working in organization where fresher or degree candidate can masters the skills by taking proper relevant trainings, guidance from leaders. Also the hybrid model gives you the chance to work from remote locations.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike most about the Atos is - Pay structure.

I have worked almost 5 years there without increment and no promotion. If you put down your papers you will get hike otherwise nothing is going to happen

Dislikes

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently

1) Depends on Project, But mostly Calm projects 2) Hybrid work from office 3) Job Security (Till last year 2024) , but now a days so many projects went off, so many on bench

Dislikes

1) Till Last year Variable pay part paid properly, but now they paying only 10~20 %. If not coming to office on Hybrid mode, then Variable Pay part will be reduced further 2) F&F you wont get as expected, Forget of variable pay & Earned leaves, you wont get on F&F settlement 3) Have Very few projects, at this moment suggested not to join . Earlier i was good, but not now.
