HR Prison kind of rules Very very very lowwwwww quality food Don’t care attitude of management for low level on site employees, especially in terms of basic necessities like Very low maintained toilet containers No proper refreshments Low grade food

Criteria for bonus and appraisal, and one more thing I would like to add promotion is not for those who deserve and not for those who have any skilled degree.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

All permanent employees are uneducated they have only certification and they don't have any engineering degree so they treat the new employee as a slave and they don't have technical knowledge they are doing Postman work not as QC.be careful if your new employee they will use bad words also.ECC is good company but specifically PMT department is not good(worst section heads and word shift leads)pls one who studied at good college or university don't join,if you don you will loose your reputation.world is very big and good companies are lot.

...policy is not used.Your increment based on management relation and by your work. Salary offers are very low compared to the market.
