They hire freshers for their work in low salary and doesn't gave opportunities to improve your skills and there is no one for teaching. You have to do every reasearch yourself.

In hand salary 11700 for freshers . I don't know why they providing pf atleast give full salary in hand how employees survive in such low amount

...gement is very supportive and each work is done in a very well organized manner. They provide good salary and salary increment is also very good for deserving employees. HR and other staff is very polite and professional. If somebody wants to see what professionalism is and what it is like to be a professional, I would recommend this company to them. They don’t care about you or your experience—if they find someone willing to work for a lower salary, they’ll give you just a week’s notice to leave the company, claiming they can no longer afford to pay your current salary. This is highly unprofessional behavior for any company. There is no career growth for anyone, whether a fresher or an experienced professional.

At Flexsin, the experience is good only if you have supportive seniors; otherwise, it can feel toxic. For freshers, it’s a good place to start your career, but only for the first six months. After that, opportunities for growth become limited.

There are several issues, such as constant time tracking—monitoring system time,Time dr., Upwork tracker, etc., which can feel intrusive. Another major concern is the manager's unprofessional behavior; they lack basic manners in managing a team and handling appraisals. During appraisal time, the manager often misleads employees, creating unnecessary hurdles. Employees are not allowed to communicate freely, and instead of focusing on projects, there’s excessive interference in their personal lives. To ensure the company’s success, the management should focus on improving work efficiency, hire a competent and supportive manager, and foster a healthy, professional work environment. This would help create a more productive team and lead to a profitable organization.
