Very bad work culture, they treat employee in very bad way even though you are in R&D department. Manager will never listen to you and blame you for everything. Worst company to work. From first day itself they will start talking to you such that you should resign from company. There is bond of 2 years but it's impossible to complete 2 years in such environment. The working hours are strickt but you have to work more than that.

Directors very supportive & understanding. If you take initiatives and have hunger to learn then "sky is the limit" . An Excellent choice for engineers with vision of making career in an Industry which are Technical Experts in Industrial Process Automation, SPM, AIT & IOT, Plant Engineering Services. Sr. guide you as mentor & friendly environment.

Salary as compared to rolls and responsibilities handled.
