Nothing. But I should mention here that the HRs are too much active here as compare to my last or current org.

I worked here more than an year but no appraisal and no bonus. They ask me to work on weekends but they don't allow me to take Comp. Off. There is no appreciation to the work. They offer very low salary as compared to market value. Too much micro management. Management person always try to act as bossy. There are too many things to mention as dislike

Issues with the job security and person has to take care of the skills and developement as it is a bit enclosed environment based on what client needs.

At Freestone Infotech , we are feeling like working within family. Both the leads are very down to earth which gives us comfort while working with them. HR team of Freestone Infotech is actually working for employees. Everyone takes care of employees and always supporting us in every situation. Work flexibility is the biggest benefit which we are getting here.

Currently job security is the major issue which are facing here. But we are sure very soon , will have solution to this problem as well.
