It was my dream to get a job in Galderma. When I got selected in Cetaphil I was very happy. I left Feb India and joined Cetaphil for South Delhi but even after 10 days of the joining date I was not allowed to go to the store, at the end of the day I was sent to Gurgaon from South Delhi. I used to go to Gurgaon daily without any convenience, after that neither any product training was given nor any meeting took place and I did not get any other support from the company. After 1 month of that it was announced that Cetaphil wellness stores is shutting down due to some reason and so you all are being fired, they did not even give us a week's time and fired all of us... Very disappoint from Cetaphil brand, very poor work culture and so much politics... I never want to work with this brand #Bigredflag

There is no work life balance, no innovation, high risk on job security at managerial level, upper management is not much capable, lot of politics, no value of work, pathetic work environment.

Absolutely trash. Toxic culture. They have a policy of WFH one day/week but managers would not allow. Politics at it peak.. executive and managers afraid of higher management. Managers not able to take care of their own team members because they are afraid of higher management people. No speak up culture.. if you do your job is in risk. If anyone applying still good luck with that

Politics at it peaks.. Executive and managers are afraid of Higher management. Managers not able to support their own team members because they are afraid of higher management. No culture of Speak up. No work- life balance. People travelling 50-60km still they don't have sympathy or kind nature towards them and asks to be in office all 5 days. And when they ask for WFH for one day.. they make a issue about it and ask that employee to take leave and waste that leave. Wow!! Increadible management. If you love toxic culture then please join this company.

Too much Politics. RSMs are good for nothing. Only job is to Buttering HO people and torturing the Subordinates. HO Thinks Sales force as Labor. Very Poor HR policy. People loose job if they escalate any incident to higher level. Not at all safe for Females. Buy the tag of Good place to work Tag every year.
