HR - Tripti and team (pathetic support & they never trust the team) Keyur Parekh - One of the God and Boss of Galderma (as he thinks) as per me he should be the peon of the company - Zero Support Ravi Mittal - So called BU head - Shameless person always put personal comments to female staff about their personal life, useless lack of support Raghu - MD of Galderma India - He always speaks like Smell the coffee and gives a sense on insecurity to all on the stage Rahul Mahale - CE head - Always sleeping and no replies from his side Rajesh Achrekar - A buttering guy to the MD who takes the information from sales team and passes the information here and their All jokers are at Galderma who does nothing and whosoever does it they will ask them to go out of the company

All products of galderma are expensive, all product range belong to metrocity. I face problem to convince to customers to buy product. N company doesn't listen any excuses company only want growth.

Increment not good for existing employees. . We don't want to leave this company but looking at thier increament every year if we don't change then we are fools.

There is no job security in this company, today you are in system and they can inform you that from tomorrow you are not in the system . There is no meaning of confirmed employee in this company. This is a totally manage related company, from BU to DSM all person are full of egoistic and their behavior is like you are their slave, there is no self respect, no Person in Executive level can survive much. This company will hire you just to make you jobless. Only if you know how to buttering then can survive, Company can change your target every now and then without any reason and put you in PIP(performance improvement Program) even though if you have achieved more then your given target. Join at your own risk. Worst company to work. This is my personal experience for working in sales in here.

No job security , there is lot of politics and the management dose not address our issues.
