...tive of competency and potential are getting designation.....which is of no use. Comparison to market salary they are paid less even they have to same work as they were doing earlier as processors. I personally didn't like it as no chance of getting exposure to new things .

There is one constant same type of work no still development at all once the salary is fixed they are not going to give you a good height in the entire year okay company culture is super drastically toxic and there is no promotion promotions are only given to the vintage people who has been 10 year 15 years with a company and respective of their competency and potential they are holding just because they are vintage in the company they are getting the promotion also they are getting a favour from the upper management level. Work satisfaction is zero nil there is no work satisfaction and the one for most thing to know then if you try to speak the truth or if you raise the voice against the bad things they will make you corner and they will start triggering you on everything and then make sure they'll bother you to up to a level that you have no other option to resign and they will meet the culture is so toxic for you and even the management support them even the team member support them people know everything but people don't raise their voice the person who want to stay with Gallagher is the best thing you have to behave as a dump you have to behave as a You have shut your eyes, ears, and mouth. Whatever happens, you just don't want to speak the truth. You don't want to use your own brain at all 😔

... not get any hike and promotion. Favorism is the next thing which is worse here. You will not get any promotion or handsome salary hike even if you perform outstanding as they first pour major part of budget to their favorite people and whatever remaining is then adjusted in between rest.

Gallagher as a company provides employees with many perks and salary is also good.

The work life balance is not so good. There's pressure while working and we does not get enough personal time for ourselves.

No bonus, no annual gifts, no recognition, people are not respected. Too much biased salary, same job one person gets 5lakh, other gets 15 lakh. No motivation and if ppl speak they will be told to leave the organisation

There is nothing to like about Gallagher except for Work from home benefits

Salary is less and the work pressure is more, they will even force you to work on weekends no work life balance, they will treat you badly even during the notice period
