GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Yeh per salary hike ke bhee koie chance nhi hai aur expense bhee proper nhi deta hai Salary credit hoti hai next month of 10th and expenses next month of 28th Iska matlab kisi ki salary 30000 per month hai expense around 10000 20 days ki salary rok ke rakhte hai 20000 and expenses 15000 Total 35000 apne pass rakte hai jo ki bilkul glt hai Aur nahi yeh per EPFO deta hai only ists look like hm labour hai buss monthly salary payment kerte hai Fraud company Tested sariya bilkul nhi Company manager says that only 16mm and 20mm tested Gallantt advance fe550 Tested sariya nhi hai isko yeh High rate per sale kerne ki bolte jabhki ki normal sariya iski sale hoti gallantt 550 Yeh bhee tested sariya nhi hai Isko mena test bhee kerwaya thaa apna area ke project vah bhee fail hogyaa so guys itna aap jan jao yeh company bilkul bekar hai . safety nhi hai company mai yeh koie employee settle nhi hopaya yeh tu lalaji ke pair chato buss

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend manager calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take my suggestions most of the time. Team management is very very bad.
