To be honest, my experience at Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd. was mixed. While the company is well-established, I felt that the work environment could be more supportive and there weren’t many opportunities for growth. It just wasn’t the right fit for me in the long run.

Dislikes

Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd. mein kaam ke pressure aur zimmedariyon ke hisaab se salary bilkul bhi upyukt nahi hai. Mehnat aur output dono dene ke baad bhi appreciation ya fair compensation ka abhav hai, jo demotivation ka kaaran banta hai. Aisa lagta hai jaise company employee ke effort ki value nahi karti.

Gandhar oil is biggest company in taloja MIDC but that Administration is very bad they are not working with employees welfare & his satisfactory work environment & also management team is not taking any intiative to improve the same.company policy only for paper work they are not working in physically.

Gandhar team mates are very co operative & they are very helpful to each other .here are carrier growth is not satiesfy & salary also not given propperly .factory environemnt is not good for family -work balance & work environment .

Likes

Company offer a good job security, and give ample of opportunities to improve performance. Working environment is not too challenging and have relaxed work target.

Dislikes

Lack of structured compensation policy Lack of organic growth opportunities within company, they don't give promotion to existing working employees, rather hire new employees. HR policies is very stringent, even 5 minutes late is not tolerated, creating lot of pressure. One is expected to work late hours without compensation. It is owner driven Company not professionally managed, So internal politics and boot liking work well, rather than one dedication and performance.

Job security is very good, nit all but some people are good to work with.

Dislikes

A lit of politics, salary is good but slow career growth, proper job training is not given as the manager are very much interested to take the self credit for the things they have done for the growth of company.

Dislikes

Promotors are interested in selling base oils only. They take ppl for value selling and end up making them sell base oils. Pathetic work culture. No one trusts anyone. Owners promote Paisa Khilao culture. They dont believe in Product Quality or Value selling. As per them, Paisa khilao order aa jayega.
