If you don't care about money you make in the initial phase of your carrier and only looking forward to gain knowledge then this is the best place as a fresher to begin. You are going to learn patience, hard work and at the end of the day a self motivated professional software engineer.

...time work, they say it's your inefficiency (LoL) just to keep your mouth shut. Salary package is like chips packet filled with variable pay(air ) which never to this day comes on time. They say they are product based but not seeing any kind of innovation. If you have a family to feed and this job is the only source of income please do not join you will regret it.

No hike , no promotions , no work life balance , micro management , if you working for client you have forced to serve 6 months of notice period . I received final settlement after 6 months !! Never think about this company

...d on saturday/sundays and on public holidays as clients are working on that day. Appraisals and compensation is very 👎 they will find something to cut your appraisals which is reserved from salary only. Management is poor as for small things or you can say for everything we need to remind them or raise ticket which you will get reply after days or sometimes closed without solution.

...on of this training period and no certificate will be given for training period. • The training period 4 months is for name sake they will pull it to 6m or 8m or many times 10m as well and then they might even terminate you for if they don't have projects, they will make you work on client projects during this period but you get only 6k/month in your pocket that too if you take any leave they'll deduct salary. • Once you sign the bond there's no way you can get out from company with your will, I have seen many people cry for it, you will have to pay 5Lakh to get yourself out. • In total you will be spending 6-8m training + 3 years bond + 6-8m notice period • Salaries are too low they sound 3.5lpa but in hand you will get 18k/m(hopefully if they don't deduct) • Work hours are monitored and salary deducted if 9hrs not found. • Many of there clients are too toxic man, no work life balance, you will treated as a labour, work for 10-12 hrs will be super common • Appraisals never happen on time, so times they skip this part • Job risk: they might terminate you anytime without giving any prior notice and won't give you any compensation • At Google page you'll find a bunch of fake reviews by freshers given on gun point • Management is sh(I)t, everyone is.
