    The salary comes at 7th day of the month become 10th and now 12th,sometime 18th day of the month. A good thing about this company is when ask about money company tell that money will come,keep patience. But the house owner don't understand patience.

    Nelito is good company, Technology is old but good for fresher and good for 1 to 3 year experience employees. they can learn ajax, html,jquery, sql,c# oops concept implementation,SOLID Principle more deeply over here. Company is Trying to implement new technologies but it will take approximately two years,

    There is no job security when you hire for client side. If the client do not have any project then nelito do not take any responsibility for employee. Worst policies the employee who working on client side. No hike from last 2 years. Please do not join if they hire for client side.

    Learning opportunities and growth path options open every time

    Dislikes

    Salary structure not good for old employees who working with Nelito more than 10 years. I found that resources from outside Nelito getting very good salary on similar grade but not for old employees. When old employee come up with new job offer then they are ready to match salary. This is I absolutely not like. Nelito should value their old employee.

    NOTHING want to ruin you career welcome aboard.

    1)5-10% salary cuts facility provided. 2)Managers expect you to work on Saturdays and Sundays. 3)Guys with 1-2 yrs of experience handling projects done by 7+ yrs experience. 4)With wfh conditions have worsen expected to be available for 18-24 hrs. 5)No appraisals . 6)HR's not concerned with employee welfare so don't expect anything from them. 7)Call details directly shared with clients without informing the person.
