Company owner behaviour is very Cheap and work place is very dirty self service on duty never serve tea, drink others always said to work from others , I recommend this company is totally worst.

Even though you don't have work still you will have to stick your eyes to the screen for 9 hours

Slave system. Employees don't get treated right. They have employment named IC in which they will hire freshers as freelancers in less salary and work them like a mule. Management is very bad. Employees have to keep phones in lockers. Balraj yadav is my manager who sometimes he's supportive but sometimes he treats us badly. No back support from managers everyone is here due to laziness because they know that they can't get hired anywhere else. Think before you join

Toxic HR policies, keep you as a independent consultant ( basically as free Lancer) but you have to come to office and have to give 9 hrs active on system otherwise they will cut your salary. They promise to increase salary after every quater and will not do it, and if they do it they will raise it upto 2 or 3k. Will not make you parmanent employee untill you have 25k salary and if you leave before that most of big tech companies will reject that experience letter. Because that document mention that you worked as freelancer not an employee. Please be very careful.

...e personal leave all the time without management approval and it's ridiculous. No salary hike after 1.6 yrs. Working hours 54hours/weekly.
