...gement pressurised too much for daily work which is not possible to do in a day. They don't give salary slip , no PF no mediclaim policy. They don't give respect to employee. Management misbehaving to employee. They insult in front of other employee's and use abusing language. which is not good to listen. Specially boss and his wife.

Likes

Management behavior towards employee's very cruel. Salary is never paid jn full. Salary slip is never given to employees. Many task are done by the employees at the same time. The work is completed by putting pressure on them.

Dislikes

Constant management pressure. Force to do the work even if it is not possible. Salary slip never given every month. Many different work they want at the same time by forcefully.

Likes

Work life balance... New experiments every time in terms of product development and creativity. Staff is good. Bosses are very understanding.

Dislikes

There is no job security. You can get fired at the same day you joined. The increment you get is very less than you deserve.

No respect for employees, Flow of work is completely wrong. Management is just neglecting. Employee who is giving best dt employee is asked to leave n employees who are doing wrong work dt employee are still working der. No negotiation done properly blindly orders are given, sales people are coordinating wth vendor inspite of having purchase department

If want to balance work and personal life then it's is good to be with GMF. Good work experience, good peoples.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike until and unless you only be precessional and always attentive and pro active in your work.
