Due to lessors issue go first can't fly. Due to it our salary are unpaid. Due to this operation revival is too difficult. It's too difficult to survive without operation & salaries. Darkness Diwali for go first employee due to lessors issue.

I love to work in airline and airport field. Company which I'm there I will be doing my best.

Salary, not only GOFirst every airline provides less salary according to other fields. Even a call centre guy getting more then airport staff.

No job culture, no job security. Nothing special in this organization. We were unpaid for 5 months during covid and still tge game continues. We have to pay our rent,credit card bills, expenses and all but still no one cares.No one cares not even our government. I had wasted my 6 YEARS IN this organization which matters a lot .

Go Airlines had given me a platform to step up as well as to learn too, when I talk about job security it is great example in Covid 19 pendamic , it is only first company who had not laid off any employee, working culture very familiar as my experience and customers also give feedback as familiar behaviour of Staffs also , The management is also good, they allowed us feel as parential behaviour and a part from this company policy is very helpful to staff except required some changes ......... overall good experience with be a part of Go Air....

...ment should have to audit of internal situation at station level with employees. Accept a part from this at the time of Covid pandemic the management stoped their salary emidiately and not think about employees lives , that was not acceptable which has done by only Go Air ........

Nothing. They pay the least and they don't have any empathy.

Dislikes

Inhuman staff at base handling operations. They treat you like dirt and don't care even if you're dying. They do not care about staff safety and will completely ignore your pleas for help while they stick to their rules without making an exception. They even stole their grooming guidelines from their competitor with proud smiles on their face!
