Good working culture in mechanical VAP, salary on time, 100 % job security, Work-life balance depends on our self, if you want to work 24 hours no one will bother you.

Best thing about Grasim is its name. The name itself is brand. Rest everything is imaginary. Work culture is not good. No work life balance. Growth is only for who are joined as GET scheme or with Higher reference. Basically Nagda background.

Dislikes

1. Work / personal life balance 2. Compensation is very poor for engineers with experience compared to newly joined GET'S 3. You're very lucky if you've skill of uprising your boss. 4. Unless until you're from Nagda your growth is very slow. 5. There's no one in this group whom i can cal technically superior. Every senior management persons are insensitive talker and doesn't listen to you and they just want to fulfill their goals.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are average.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Contributions of 500 crores to government not at charity but savings it taxes. Also deducted salary of this lock down duration & deducted variable pay & increase for privas & next financial year. Change in policy according to situation when so more Employees region the put 3 months notice period mandatory & now in this condition they relive to employees within one week. Not good culture for Engineer or skill person.ITI holder also take a change of Engineer.Management believe in show off.This situation of Birla cellulose, Kharach unit.

... food supply during this crisis is provided free to all from factory canteen. Employees not coming to factory is also given full salary. Employee who travel or in close contact to any traveller (relative ,friends etc) has been quarantine for 14 day's & after all covoid test reports negative allow to come to factory. Dispite of factory primises,hospitals, police station, markets, colonies which are nearby factory area also stepped up sanitation .

I have not benefits as per my qaulification & experiences ,but senior management give me satisfaction in future.
