GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

...let go, and even my manager was caught off guard. There’s no one to support you. The salary is quite low, and freshers are required to undergo a mandatory six-month internship with a mere 15k as compensation. During this time, they will expect you to perform like a full-time employee, utilizing all your skills while investing as little as possible. And the CEO doesn't care about his employees... Not at all Preferred for freshers or someone with 1-2 yrs of exp

I do not like anything about this company except one thing that I have learned that it is very important to build your personal brand at this age.

I DISLIKE EVERYTHING SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY! Tbh, I have previously worked with other companies but I have not seen such a horrible workplace ever before. Every company has their pros and cons but this....this only had cons. Just like how they con their learners. No matter how dedicated you are or how hard-working you are, your work will never be enough. Lots of discrimination between people who have been working there since the beginning and new people. AND ohh forget a good night's sleep if you start working here. They only value people who chattofy their managers and the old ones. It's just another dhokebaaj ed tech that loots people's money. AND THEY MAKE FAKE TESTIMONIALS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS so that people would believe their product. They also make people believe that they conduct live sessions but THEY HAVE RECORDED SESSIONS AND THEY SELL THIS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. Don't fall for this people.... don't work there or even but their product. Bunch of SCAMMY PEOPLE JUST LIKE THEIR FOUNDER.

Open door environment, Friendly colleagues, Empathizing leadership, Timely payments of salaries and incentives, No cap on the incentives you can make, Not extremely rigid on KRA's as long as you're doing what you're supposed to do when it comes to sales. Good quality of leads compared to any other Edtech in the industry. Extremely good leave policies in case of emergencies without a hassle. A nice setup for food/ Snacks to keep yourself full! Cheers!

A little rigid with notions that work and a little unwillingness to change things. You can get it to work as long as you have conviction.

The only good thing seems to be CEO, but he is also seems to be shaky in his dealing with employees

Dislikes

1. No proper leadership - do not trust them 2. No formal HR/name sake HR - No formal HR, the decision taking is done through one person only - who is super biased 3. Regional Favoritism/Language favoritism - Discrimination with North Indians 4.Toxic work culture - No work life balance, No proper timeout, Manager can come at 12 and leave at whenever they want, employees, sales people have to work atleast 9-12 hours, and come on time and leave later 5. Power Hungry managers -the whole management is corrupt, the upper management has no direction, always takes unilateral decisions, can layoff anyone anytime, and if you complain you will be laid off immediately. 6. For Girls - Be careful, even with POSH policies they are selective. With one female sales employee reporting harassment by another male sales employee, he was immediately fired which is good. But another time a girl complained and put a POSH on senior sales head who has said objectionable things in front of 50 people and no action was taken. One sales manager also put a complaint on business head as he was rude and used abusive language, but nothing happened as the complaint and decision is taken by business head only. So sales manager was laid off without any notice. So be careful. 7. Data is fudged to make one manager favorite of business head, if you join you will realize who he is but things are not good. Only join if you have some financial constraints and move away fast from this company
