They failed in terms of providing the job security to the aspirants. They also performed the inhumane and unethical practice of giving the massive layoffs, which if it was very urgent then it could be done in ethical manner, but the organisation failed in this aspect.

Unfair production hours and downtime are always calculated wrong. Will make you work extra and no OT pay. While hiring they seek people who are willing to work in the company for more than 1 year and can work for more than 10 hours. But will fire you within a few months or even a few weeks.

...ime paid and no provided leaves also No security at all. No opportunity to grow. they ask us to use our own system and don't even pay for internet allowances and randomly lays off people

Nothing! Work hours were insanely long (10+ hours), managers were not helpful, salary was very low but the worst part even after earning in dollars from their international clients that we worked for, they scammed us and didn't even give us out experience certificates and PF amounts.

They made us work overtime for hours also without any extra pay by claiming maliciously that we were not completing production hours where in fact we were completing our production hours and targets every single day!! Pathetic work environment! Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all!!!!!
