Shit** company , never pays salary , employees are being told to leave the company while there salaries are on hold from past 2/3 months

Never join this company , founders are useless they don’t care if your salary is pending but they’ll invest all the profits in buying car , opening restaurants and then they have a hire and fire policy

There is no job security . They haven't paid salary for me and its been 3 months. No manager.

No job security ..they follow hire and fire policy. Late monthy payment, no learning , starup with no project. Begging for funding to clients. Never join..such a waste

Work Experience and Management - You can comfortably work with the company and they also are friendly and you can get all the help but you need to be excellent in whatever Field you are in.

Salary Benefits - Very Lately you'll be paid. Job Security - As I said in the work experience you must be excellent in whatever Field you are in or don't expect any security.

The team mates help each other in their weak grounds and tend to support them to the greatest extent possible. The technology they work on, though it was old, still they managed to attract a lot of customers for their application. Learning process helped me a lot to grow as a person and also as a professional in my field. Most of the team mates are from the South itself and so, me being a North Indian, could learn a lot about their culture and most of all, it was fun.

Dislikes

Salary was not provided on time because of the fact that its a start up company. I couldn't see much of a career growth in the company because they didn't provide me with what they promised at first. Also the management of the company does not look after the employees as much as they should. E.g: They talk about innovation but when a new idea is put forward from an employee they usually turn it down with some or the other excuse

I got good experience and developing my skils, culture are very good user friendly, management also excellent looks like so friendly.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike all are their good culture.no politics very beautiful work experience
