This comment is specially for this person @Vijaykumar K He is a manager of Cold chain department, I hope no one should get such manager at their work place he used deduct our salary and present to company that he can get the work done at low cost . Our 1 day salary was 500rs he changed it to 80rs yes you heard it right 80rs per day .I am working here since 2021 and the commitment given to me was within a year your designation as a trainee will be changed, and look I am still a trainee .I wonder how @hatsun agro products could give him this position he can't even speak english properly .I am making everyone aware that join Hatsun agro products but not the department where this idiot is .

...hool bus. In that bus we had to come by adjusting in it. 3) No subsidy for food. We had to pay the amount before food. 4) it's a seasonal company. Don't fall in the trap of "BRAND". They will hire you on permanent basis in season but when the season ends they will kick you outside the company before your notice period. You don't have any choice 5) work culture is depend on where you are from. (only Tamils can form a team and work together) If others are seen forming a team they make a target and fire you.(so be careful) Spares are not provided in time.

Overall company calture are to good, i worked hatsun agro as sale executive Company gave a payment time to time but TA DA pay weekly I'm not happy with that because any bank can't given a loan due this type weekly payments

TEAM HANDLING, professional tax first month take, salary very low, timing not follow up commonly, only trust RSM words, if employees will resign no enquiry, highest rank employees( like GM, VP) not discuss with franchises. Etc etc. no weekly off , no holidays, company give holiday for formality but RSM never give leave and Sunday also, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ONLY WORKING HERE I THINK,
