Lot of variation in salary and designation for similar resource. Aprraisal/ promotion and HR process are all confusing Not a stable organisation with Business transformation Slow in decision making

7) Salary & Appraisal - It is below average among the industry, with no promotions & very less increment which is only sufficient to pay yearly increase in your house rent. Forget about Medicine and other Household expenses. 8) Company Culture - Earlier Management was good, new management is pathetic they take blind decisions without discussing the impact with the employees. 9) Overall outlook - With the new Management and leaders coming in the work environment feels hostile and toxic. 10) If a Next level / Senior position is resigning then you wont get the opportunity to apply for that position, instead they will hire from outside a person with no experience but some professional qualification.

No Job Security, very high attrition rate, even top management average tenure < 1 year. Work culture is very poor, don't waste your career by joining this company.
