In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that marktes reliable , high quality product. As a result I get to travel abroad especially to the abudhabi Dubai Saudi. But on site tarvel is completely depends on ur project and client location. I also like the employee rehire poilcy here
