I am work in 5 years 10 month my salary no increment.. Covind time is comple to resgin my job... Lot of politics and team management over all pashlite

Everything is so bad and boring at this place. They have stopped paying any incentive, bonus, travelling allowances , increment. Etc They don't care about the employees . The office does not have any facilities for the employees, You will find the people in the management who are not able to get job anywhere. And they are working there and doing nothing. They can't even handle the situation professionally. The management is the worst. I have worked in 5 MNC's but never saw such a boring, skill less, unpleasant, full of dumb management organisation. If you are able to get the job anywhere in the world, don't join this place

They did not provide paid leave, variable pay, or a three-month basic salary without a notice period. The management was overly controlling, even when there was no work assigned. I did not gain any meaningful learning experiences during my time there, as opportunities for growth were quite limited. The bench period was also poorly managed.

Salary is on time, that's the only good thing working in here.

Micromanagement. Outdated Boomer Manager (Siddique) Company Culture is bad. Don't expect Infrastructure. Promotions is only for Chig Chaks.
