...reliving letter or experience letter till completion of 6 months after reliving. Won't get the salary on time, last month got the salary on 19th. Business ( investments) targets will be there for everyone, even for IT department employees. If the target is not achieved salary hold or deduction will be there without intimation. Every nook and corners of the branches or offices are under CCTV surveillance like Big Boss show. Fine will be impossed for everything. Punching after 09:05 will be half day LOP. If you submit resignation they will you as an enemy. No one can relive from here peacefully.

They provide lunch every day but the employee bear expense for the food.(They deduct huge amt from salary) We could meet some employee

The very cheep Complex higher official are there. The company donot consider employees welfare The company's working culture is not good They terminating good employees without proper reason

...an but except gold loan they take all other work like selling NCD insurance etc. No salary fixed date, No Employee medical insurance, No term Insurance, No providend fund, They deduct salary in the name of charity but proof of charity is not provided to any employee nor they give tax certificate for such fraud deduction. Salary is given at the time of the wish of management and can be deducted if management feels the same. The worst policy of the company is in the first year of joning you can take only 1 leave in a month and after 1 year maximum 3 leaves can be taken at a time else LOP is marked. Incentive reimbursements are not paid properly to the respective employee and false promises are made during to time of interview and after joining. No proper appraisal system and all depends on the wish of the management. please avoid this company as working for this company is a mental torchure.

Very low salary, here we have not only Gold loans many businesses we have to do Health insurance,vehicle 🚜 Insurance, Critical Insurance all work have to do overall 12 products we have to sale. And leaves issue it's not easy to take a leave in ICL.

3 late login after 9 am it will be consider as half day leave.. Even late for 1 1 minutes... Even they warning letter also issue... Every morning have one malayalm prayer, 2 pledges its mandatory.. Otherwise get fine also.. There is no power for BM, ABH, Jo also even cluster manager,all authority to HR manager,,
