In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Shift 10 hrs And rotational shift not even 1 full month we have same shift Company does provide transport but they cut 6500 from ur salary if u r taking transport I believe it should provide transport as airport is very far from city They say about sop but do not follow Put pressure on staff when they are in need they forget all sops whar should be followed And only when there is auditing or anything again they talk about sops I have got no salary increment in 2 and half years
