No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ...y will be good. In fact, they are aggresively hiring new people for the company. Salary is not great, especially old employees getting paid very less and I heard they give handsome packages for the new comers. Company is growing good. They are very good in Finance management.

Compensation and benefits is worst. Not paying sufficient for our job. Pay not upto industry standards. They are willing to hire new employees with high pay rather pay better for already present hard working employees

Internal Training is good here for freshers.

Dislikes

...n bench for long and don't care. No incentives. No Diwali gifts. Very less hike. There is a bond of 33 months and if you break it, you have to pay 1 Lakh rupees to the company.
