Internal Training is good here for freshers.

Dislikes

...n bench for long and don't care. No incentives. No Diwali gifts. Very less hike. There is a bond of 33 months and if you break it, you have to pay 1 Lakh rupees to the company.

I have worked for 3.5 years with Infogain. I would say all over company is good. They do have good projects, good work life balance, provide salary on time. Even in pendamic they did not any salary.

Only they give less salary hike.

Good work environment as colleagues are very friendly and we work happily in collaborations.Job security is there they tried to groomed and trained the employee whose feedback was poor instead of fire them.

Compensation is very poor and also the appraisals.I always appreciated by manager and client and get good ratings but this goes unnoticed at the time of appraisals

Well...itz a nice company to work with...but only if you would be getting enough compensation...mean to say...if you are satisfied with your compensation here...then there won't be any other problem because the only problem with it is it doesn't provide that good ctc and also annexure includes lot of things.

Compensation is the only problem here. Otherwise it gives you work life balance, nice working environment, and latest technology to grow

I joined Infogain as fresher in 2016. It gave me amazing teams, team-mates, friends and skills. Impressive boot camp training, good food, office parties, flexible timings, training and skill development programs, friendly team-mates and motivating managers are some of the pros here. I would always cherish my time here!

Comparatively less compensation and benefits, rare inter-project movements.
