Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Employee increments are less and as a intasian we have to protect our brands from small companies,they giving cash without taxes and taking 1:2 business once commitment over repeating services and comparatively small companies are giving more schemes, here we need to give schemes otherwise employees moving to other campanys,one more thing price very high compared to other companies,

While the salary at Intas Pharmaceuticals was competitive and the training programs were well-structured, these positives were completely overshadowed by the toxic work environment, abusive management, and utter neglect from the HR department. The financial compensation and initial training could not compensate for the constant harassment, unreasonable demands, and lack of support that made working there an unbearable experience.

During my tenure at Intas Pharmaceuticals, I experienced the worst working environment of my career. Prior to Intas, I worked for two other companies, but neither had such an abusive management culture and a completely ineffective human resources team. I repeatedly raised complaints about my ABM to my RBM and SM, but no action was taken. My ABM called me dozens of times during the day, including late hours, using unprofessional language and frequently threatening me to resign. Despite working harder than I ever did for any other company, I received no appraisal and suffered from severe sleep deprivation due to the immense work pressure. The work environment was not only toxic but also grossly disorganized. There was a complete lack of communication and coordination between departments, leading to constant confusion and inefficiency. Unreasonable targets were set without providing the necessary resources or support to achieve them, making it impossible to perform well. The management showed blatant favoritism, rewarding a select few while ignoring the efforts of others. The company exhibited a total disregard for employee well-being. Basic health and safety standards were often overlooked, creating an unsafe working environment. Despite numerous complaints to HR and the head office about my ABM’s behavior, I never received a single response. The company’s tolerance of harassment and its failure to address serious issues is beyond unacceptable. The overall neglect and lack of support from the management made it one of the most demoralizing and dehumanizing workplaces imaginable.
