The only reason I liked working there was travel benefits. As I am a traveller so it helped me to cover some parts of the country that's it.

Dislikes

I gave that company 5 years and my salary was pathetic i.e 28k. I worked so hard for managing the operation being available in worst situation like during weather issues ATC issue still this company don't think of staff. All profit go s to head of the management the lower staff till supervisor remains beggar. Everytime during increment they create new reasons they bring personal and professional life together while increment times come. Work life is worst bcz of aviation culture but indigo makes it more pathetic.

The only good thing is they don't fluctuate salary date Few people in management are having humanity

Compare to other industries very pathetic pay we get People working 3-4+ year are getting pay very less Company only cares about aircraft not about staff New management is getting worst

...st company to work poor work culture and too much pressure on employees is made. Salary is very less like a beggar

It's just the flight tickets but salary is so less that even those tickets cant be used , helps the family to compute easily that's the only good part.

No hike for 3 years , tells the world no pay cut during covid but cuts all the allowances , company where employees basic pay is less than allowances .

I started my career in this and gave an opportunity to learn specific skills like people management, time management, and punctuality.

Dislikes

The salary part is not so good, selfish managers, fake promises, and no transparency.
