I like everything in term of salary timing , behaviour of colleagues and superior and also HR. There no as such pressure they give to their employees . For me it's very good organization to work ..

There are multiple things to dislike about intileo technology 1- they lies about the job position, they said " it's a software testing job" but make us do pdf editing to make e-books 2- once u enter they will be really unresponsive of our questions 3- most of the time u won't be able to contact the HR... She declines your calls even if there is a emergency 5- is you are a fresher don't join this company it will ruin your start

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worked with Intileo for over 2 years as a Dotnet Developer, the CEO and the cofounders are great people to work. The overall learning and experience gained with the company helped me get through the most difficult interviews. I am really thankful to Intileo

Dislikes

Even though the job entails high stress during delivery times, but when I look back on those times, I feel these are the times which honed my skills and I dont think there is anything that I dislike my company for.
