What ever the meetings held by the management about managers answers are going to managers indirectly, there are very bad management culture are there Favouritism Higher management is good but they are reliable below management was worst

Learning Curve - Definitely the Quality of work prepared at IQ-EQ will be to top notch, we can gain so much of Knowledge and can gain so much of Exposure. Specially the management will be supportive in providing Knowledge sessions which will help us to grow professionally in Fund Accounting While many more companies compartively lack in this. Compensation : Best in the market , This company will give you the best Yearly hikes in the market. Employee Engagement: The Best The company will make the workspace so engaging, by carrying out various events often. Management : Good thing was Management will be employee Friendly, they will address most of the issues Connecting with the employees often. Even the High level Management will be responsive and will have a open window to discuss the employee Concerns.

Nothing much, Could add few positions in the Hierarchy level although the management is currently fixing this. So not an issue . I Thoroughly enjoyed working with IQEQ. Working in IQ-EQ Will always hold a Special place in my professional career Personally Had a huge Regret after Leaving this Organisation. :(

Company is cash enrich they will pay decent amount of salary but management is very micro.

No job security, no clearity about anything whether it is operations or other servi, micro management, no. Popular goals for employees, no proper future goals, silent layoff and soo much to add
