Worst work culture ever. They do not promote people based on their performances. They rather hire folks that have high level approach and references. They have setup a new office at Hyderabad which is headed by a person that have come through approach and knows nothing about the job. Even in his entire career he hasn't been stable and followed a single path. He thinks he is the master of everything. Uses chatgpt to bypass original content writers to promote ai written content as a best seo practice. The most hilarious part is that he considers every thing as leads and the management also belives him. Lol. Bottom line i have experienced the worst lala culture in this company. They wants you to work late after office hours but they won't provide you any overtime pay for that. Also they hire new interns and make them as managers to people who have been working since years with experience. They have no criteria for promotions.

1. they are opening not required offices at other location for sales, which are overpaid peoples 2. Support team is full of south indians and groupism, they dont understand technology

...re. Team mates are supportive but the management is not as good as it requires. Appraisal and salary is not as good as the employees experience.
