The only thing good about me working in ITD Cementation was the food of the mess and the fact that the company has a lot of Bengali people. Me being a bengali, it's easier to speak my mother tongue.

...day and moreover having to spend 14+ hours outside is a horrible job experience. In addition to that the salary is not even close to compensate the amount of time you're giving the company from your everyday life. You literally wake up at 6:30AM freshen up and have your breakfast to leave at 7:30AM and then after the work in site you get back to your room at 10:30PM. You won't even get time to talk to your parents. The sad part is the seniors there normalised using slang language and verbally abusing juniors so much that the project manager laughs if someone complains about something like that. The overall experience was horrible. I am never going to a civil engineering core job ever in my life again and will suggest people who have options to not go if you want some peace in your life.

Never ever join Project based contract. Salary is very low,they treat project based employees like trash .... No facilities,no benefits given, salary is given after 5th. Work culture is toxic in my dept, and top level don't do proper client handling....and manager don't support you if there's a problem,you will be scapegoat.

Company culture is bad , promotion and increament hike on the basis of relationship basis not on work. Also don't get holiday for emergency basis . Senior lever officer don't believe on the junior staff even after hard working.
