In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Dislikes

Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.
