We can't get the time to spend with loved ones. 3.unnecessary deductions will happen from salary, moreover they deduct 46k from CTC for medical insurance for only 5lakhs coverage, this medical insurance we can buy at the cost of around 8K from the outside. 4.functional head Mr.Ramana surabhi is egoistic candidate, he targets some employees personally and he corners that employees in every teams call and use abusive language. & if any candidate eligible for higher position he can't give the approval always he wants hire the candidates in CSL position only.

Need to remove all top management .they are enjoying working nothing ..whole days threating to give PIP their reporties ..name of the motivation nothing ..they are not thinking about other family pathetic culture ..they hired for manager level bt they don't understand mumbai market .how they are working like they want close Mumbai SMB n Enterprise team....they not thinking about jio they are very selfish.

Poor work life balance, unnecessary launch of new projects every now and then which gets dissolve in a month, involving mobility people in home service ( deviation of job profile for which they were hired), poor travelling & conveyance policy at assistant manager level, work culture

Salary on time, Benefits are too good for your family and you too, every colleagues are good even management team too as everyone is here just for salary and family.every month a surprise project which can develop your skills.

Forgot what you are and why you are.. just do everything ordered by state head and NHQ with multitasking. If your department is mobility forget about that you need to do all together sale jio Fiber, sale Corporate sim, stand at Smart point, sale door to door, do sale with umbrella activity. Forgot career growth. Forgot work life balance. Forgot your mental health. Forgot your family for whom you are working for.. Forgot to plan anything From 6:00am to 11:30pm you are bandhooaa mazdoor. Forgot National Holiday or Sunday if SHQ and NHQ planned anything Forgot anything to complaint HR as HRs are just a Puppet i mean to say HR policy just on paper. Even HRs self has Job Security issues forgot about your Job Security it's usual... There are lots of dislikes I can type a whole day and for experience just join Jio once😜

Have no any salary structure/scale due to same designation and same Job Role some employee getting Huge Salary and some employee getting 1/3rd salary. like assistant manager post some employee getting Assistant Manager Package or more than that and some employee getting Junior Executive package and also note executive getting more than salary package from the Asst. Manager.
