Overall a good working culture, But salary benefits are not good, Because joining time shared details benefit May be changed after joining.😀

Very less salary and does not provide any benefit except corporate sim. Lunch is paid and expensive. Also mumbai is expensive to stay. Not flexible timings. Should complete 9 hours per day. Everything is expensive here. So it is difficult to stay here. No transportation is provided by company.

Startup enviroment , awesome campus good company to start you career you well get gifts for every occasion (festival , reliance Day) You will se few celebrities visiting on some occassions

Learning is stagnant after few years salary not upto industry standards for experience people no wfh benefits provided (apart from you can wfh :) ) Hr and hr policy worst here No team outing (if at all then you need to bear expenses) promotions happens late usually(4years for SDE2 irrepective of your skills no early promotions).

Exposed to big project. This was the only positive thing I have experienced while working in reliance Jio Infocomm.

...same annual package (Gross salary is a mountain and in-hand salary is peanuts) - Salary hike in 2 years, and when you get it , it is not good even if you perform well - Too boring work, you have to work on the same module mostly, not good if you want to learn something new
