Work culture, Management asks for production, but doesn't gives any resources. Worker Manpower is very less here. Here Purchase department is not doing any work and the user has to do all the jobs for him. Vendor is not penalised for late delivery, user has to suffer, and many times PO gets deleted by purchaser without informing to user. Those who are old and have set their place in department are considered first.

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.

One of the worst company...they buy great place to work certificate...only local persons are happy because of union otherwise no one is happy
