This company's policy is wrong, it gives more salary to the new employee and gives less salary to the old employee.

There's nothing much to like apart from and salary that's credited on time

The site level management is terrible with high politics at every step .. Manager's sit in office and scroll reels and Facebook instead of initiating necessary management on site A site guy is beaten and abused at site by farmers and mangers say you have to listen all instead of providing necessary facilities for the work to be done . Manager abuses to staff and always say "Abey yaar" ," kya yaar"

Too much system and regulations helps personal growth and one learns alot.

Dislikes

Zero Work life balance. Employees getting exaggerated and exhausted due to micro management. Upper level management has clear idea of their visions but middle management is working just to spend one more day and ultimately leading to unnecessary pressure on lower level management and sites.

Project managers and team leader need to upgrade how handle team, humanity, how work to be get it done with freedom. Blaming & politics, groupism. Some people don't know how to work with team they are getting great promotion & increment because of Higher level support.
