1. No work-life balance. Working hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM at a minimum, and employees are often required to work on Sundays and holidays without any extra benefits. 2. No job stability, as frequent transfers are common. 3. Management often shouts and uses foul language over minor mistakes. Employees are treated like sl@ves. 4. Salaries are withheld or deducted for minor issues like missed punches

For international Work on weekends, Sunday, holidays no difference. 0 Work Life Balance No Other benefits Too much of pressure and blame No support from Seniors. Very high toxic culture Working like a labor 24 Hr. Highly recommend not to join you gonna put paper within year in international site . No a good place to survive.

Dislikes

Management at site level is very poor and may be irritating (specially in Gujarat Region). Officially Sunday is off but at site management force to work.For promotion buttering required not good work as I realised.

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

Dislikes

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.
